Raising and supporting a neurodivergent child, teen, or young adult can be a complex journey—one that often involves navigating school systems, family dynamics, shifting independence, and the emotional toll of advocating day in and day out. This drop-in group offers both practical support and a sense of community. It’s a space to breathe, feel understood, and connect with others walking a similar path.
Sessions run bi-weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the exception of holidays. Each evening is capped at 10 participants, and pre-registration is required to reserve your spot. The first hour focuses on a teaching topic related to caregiving and neurodivergence, while the second hour is dedicated to group discussion, shared reflection, and connection. You’ll leave with a mix of insight, validation, and maybe even a little relief knowing you’re not in this alone.
The group rotates through a 15-session cycle of themes, so if you miss a topic, you can catch it again once the cycle restarts.
Whether you’re new to this journey or looking for a place to feel seen, supported, and resourced—we’d love to have you join us.
