Hold Me Tight
is a 16-hour educational program based
on the empirically proven Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to helping
couples foster secure and lasting bonds. The outstanding success rate of EFT has
been heralded in scientific journals, the New York Times and Time magazine. The
Hold Me Tight workshop breaks EFT down into seven transforming conversations. You
will learn how to:
Create lasting trust and intimacy
Make sense of your own emotions
Learn about your partners inner
Learn how to forgive injuries that
can destroy trust and safety
Deepen your romantic/sexual
Prevent the cycles of
disconnection that take love apart
