“STEPPING INTO YOUR TRUTH”
Join us for a 12-part series where we combine therapeutic and yogic modalities to
dive deeper into healing the mind, heart and body. In the first part of this series,
“Stepping into Your Truth,” we will use meditation, mantras and movement to
explore how our perception and experiences shape our truth and what is holding us
back from showing our true selves. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a yoga
mat and journal if possible.
