The COVID-19 pandemic is a generational challenge for our communities and our families.  Psychologists are expecting an increase in mood related complications resulting from work-life changes, financial challenges, social isolation, and limitations to routine self-care practices.  This brief workshop will outline recommended healthy psychological principles to consider with the goal of reducing overall distress for participants.  Each participant will be asked to consider the recommendations and to leave the workshop with at least one new goal to promote mental health for their self and for their family.
