Often, especially as parents and caregivers, we are triggered and respond to seemingly innocent incidents in ways we know aren’t helpful, but we just can’t seem to control.

“Good enough” parenting is about accepting our imperfections, developing a growth mindset in learning new perspectives and skills, and facilitating positive changes through honest self-reflection and the capacity to repair ruptures when mistakes are made.

When we model self-compassion to our children, they learn that it is safe to ask for help, set boundaries, and express their needs. They also learn to extend this to others and the world.

Join us in an honest and open conversation about developing self-compassion as a parent or caregiver, including:
  • Why enhancing parenting connections builds your child''s emotional health
  • How to better regulate our emotions in the moment
  • The importance of practicing self-care!

This series is also foundational to the acclaimed and evidence-based Circle of Security Parenting ™ program, which we are planning to run in September 2020*
