Learn DBT Skills in our weekly interactive virtual classes through Jones Mindful Living! Classes taught by Experienced DBT therapist, Dr. Kristin Jones. DBT skills help you to better regulate emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships and communication, reduce impulsivity, and create greater balance overall.

Learn skills in Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Mindfulness. Subscribers of Jones Mindful Living have the option of joining out DBT skills classes in Wednesdays or Fridays at 12pm EST each week. Replays are available for review or if classes are missed.
