In our time together we will work to discover boundary breaches and trauma as a result of the addiction and define and develop what healthy boundaries look like. Additionally, we will uncover the abused emotions that have been negatively effected by the addiction, such as Anger, Sad, Fear, Shame, Guilt and even Glad.
