I have specialized training as a marriage family therapist and I feel comfortable treating entire families (immediate family plus other family members such as grandparents) simultaneously, the immediate family, or just part of the family at the same time. Family therapy is unique in that behaviors which have troubled a family for generations can be addressed together, life transitions can be eased, and generations can be influenced. I enjoy family therapy as it provides everyone the opportunity to learn and grow at a rate that rarely occurs outside of therapy.
