I have worked with many families for a variety of reasons - communication, discipline, blended families, new siblings, life transitions, or when a member of a family may have special needs. I try to divide my time making sure every family member is heard and can have their individual needs met and also discussing as a family what is best for them as a whole.

I use a combination of solution focused and strategic family therapy to identify the wants and needs of the family and help members to work towards agreed upon common goals. This approach helps members to define their roles in the family as well as establish boundaries.
