If you are a Christian, that is exciting to me, as we can now explore God's truth and commandments for living our lives. We know this is a struggle for all of us, that our nature is selfish, but if we are truly living to please our Lord and Savior, then facing our sinfulness, repenting and turning toward God will heal our souls and renew our spirit. We can explore some of these areas, turn to God's Word, not mine, and allow Him to speak to your heart. I also have some materials from Christian authors that help people with their marital relationship, anger issues, anxiety and worry.

I believe that humans have a three fold creation of mind, body and spirit and to ignore any of these areas is a detriment to the client's healing and wellbeing. As a Pastoral Counselor I am comfortable with clients who want to use their faith beliefs in their healing journey and welcome them into the therapeutic relationship. I am an ordained minister and a Chaplain in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). CAP is the Civilian Auxiliary of the United States Air Force and part of the Total Force.
