I use RLT and PACT approaches to family therapy. By teaching and managing appropriate communication, family members can learn to resolve conflict and repair relationships. Often there are member(s) who feel unheard. By slowing the communication and breaking it into parts, clients can learn to speak with clarity and learn to listen with curiosity and seek to understand without defensiveness.

I have considerable experience working with families. I have worked with small children, tweens, teens and parents. I believe that a combination of individual and family therapy is an approach that works. We will work together to overcome the issues you and your family are going through.
