I believe that humans have a three fold creation of mind, body and spirit and to ignore any of these areas is a detriment to the client's healing and wellbeing. As a Pastoral Counselor I am comfortable with clients who want to use their faith beliefs in their healing journey and welcome them into the therapeutic relationship. I am an ordained minister and a Chaplain in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). CAP is the Civilian Auxiliary of the United States Air Force and part of the Total Force.

Since I have a Masters, Doctorate, and A Doctor of Divinity in the Theology field and then a Ph.D I use these insights to your advantage. Also I rely heavily on prayer and praying with you at each session. I have developed these fields so I can understand what and how you believe and how it is effecting you and others. A very large part of one's life is spiritual. We may choose to hide from this fact, but the truth is the truth. I do not see my role as changing your values, but may suggest in an area of some other ways to consider. After all, how and what we think is the way we act out our lives. I have worked with most all different religions and understand theire process.
