Faith does not shield us from life’s challenges. Even as Christians, we may face seasons of emotional struggle, illness, grief, or relationship pain. My goal in Christian counseling is to walk with you through these difficulties in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the hope and purpose God has for your life. While following Christ in today’s world can feel overwhelming at times, I believe that God always provides a path forward. Together, we can seek healing, peace, and restoration through both sound therapeutic practice and the sustaining truth of God’s Word.

I leverage a solution-based approach to clearly outline your primary challenge, work through an exercise to meditate on and define your future state and then work over 8 sessions to achieve it via homework and 1:1 sessions. Clients have experienced great success with this approach, my goal is to empower you - YOU have the answers and I want to help you find them.

Personally, my faith seems to be the only thing in my life that makes sense. However, our faith can be the source of strength that we need to face and overcome most of life’s challenges. I meet with people of different faiths and explore with them how their faith gives them the courage and motivation to overcome their biggest problem. It is difficult to separate faith from everyday life, so why not use faith to live life to the fullest? We can make this journey together.
