I practice from a Christian belief if clients are of a spiritual nature. Through spirituality and prayer many clients let go of their fears and negativity and hand over their problems to a higher power. Through this approach clients are able to let go of their anxiety, depression and addictions by freeing their minds to focus on holistic and Christian beliefs. Hope is a strong tool in helping a client move to a higher level of being.
