I approach counseling from a Christian perspective when a client is comfortable with that approach. As a Certified Christian Counseling Coach, I am able to help each individual grow in counseling through their own faith and beliefs. I take the client where the client is ready to go and at their own pace. I encourage individuals in counseling to draw on their faith and provide any insight and resources they need.

Faith does not shield us from life’s challenges. Even as Christians, we may face seasons of emotional struggle, illness, grief, or relationship pain. My goal in Christian counseling is to walk with you through these difficulties in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the hope and purpose God has for your life. While following Christ in today’s world can feel overwhelming at times, I believe that God always provides a path forward. Together, we can seek healing, peace, and restoration through both sound therapeutic practice and the sustaining truth of God’s Word.
