There is a time and a place for each person to work on himself/herself individually. However, we are rarely alone. Many of us live within a family system. As in all systems, there are strengths and there are challenges. We will use the strengths to create solutions to the issues. First by indentification, then by understanding. We will work with respect and compassion that is reflected in the communication and coping skills of the family.

I will work with families that find themselves in a dynamic they are unable to change on their own. I will teach them how family systems work and guide them through the process of reconciliation and redemption. This may be a combination of individual, couples or group sessions. My background in mediation also equips me to facilitate group discussion and foster an environment of trust.
