I work with those suffering from addiction problems as an adjunct counselor. Most of my clients with these problems are also in a helping organization such as AA. My approach to addictions is that they are responses to anxiety. I use energy techniques to help with cravings. I also encourage positive life-style changes. Often sessions in my office are excellent one on one supplements to the group experience and offer further accountability to clients.
