My work with families centers around processing grief and loss. Most are surprised to learn how a family's dynamics change when one individual is lost. This can be confusing and unsettling for any family. I can help you process the heart of your loss(es) in a way that fosters understanding, ensures being heard, receiving support, and discovering healing for each member.

People do not exist in a vacuum. They are part of a family system. Whether that system is traditional, non-traditional, blended or any number of other descriptions, the individual is impacted by the family system and the system is impacted by the individual. As a result, the best method of addressing issues is with as much of the family system as possible.
