I am a Christian who loves the Lord. I do incorporate the Word of God as a guiding tool to help encourage self love, refute negative feelings of self hate and feelings of low self worth. The love that is lost due to trauma, grief, loss, pain, alcohol/drugs, etc. can be regained by using Christian Counseling and understanding what true forgiveness is and what true love is.
