My eclectic approach to family therapy gives each and every member the opportunity to be heard. There are roles in the family that each member assumes and most often without their knowledge. It's important for families to be able to move from a place of non communicative to being open to have frequent family sit downs if necessary. Flexibility may be one of the keys to working through some tough family core issues. The core issues are what I work with families in dealing with, not the outer layers which only serve as masks.
