We read that “it was for freedom that Christ set us free” (Galatians 5:1, NASB), but sometimes we feel like slaves of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or something else. We can incorporate spirituality as much or as little as you like in your sessions. Finding purpose and meaning helps many manage their mental health.
