Hello! My name is Sarah and I guide my clients through their own understanding of what it means to be themselves. My approach is gentle, inquisitive, patient, and calm. We discuss what you need and look at how you currently act.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and Recreation Therapist, I specialize in supporting both individuals and couples in coping with chronic pain, anxiety/depression, grief, difficult life transitions, and relationships issues.

People seek counselling for a number of reasons; most often, in hope of gaining support through a new challenge, life transition, or difficulties from the past. Together we can work to bring forward the parts of you that are seeking change and heal what has been stuck.
