My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

Sara Trought is a compassionate therapist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She works with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist, Anna supports clients in reconnecting with their inner stability, vitality, and sense of self. Her approach is relational, experiential, grounded in the present moment and in the body.

Therapy can help bring back a sense of connectedness to life or can help repair a damaged relationship. Couples or individuals are invited to take the first steps in bringing joy and meaning to their experiences. Weekends and evening hours available.
