TRAUMA & PTSD | RELATIONSHIP WOUNDS | ANXIETY | CROSS-CULTURAL SUPPORT
Do you feel constantly on edge, shut down, or emotionally overwhelmed?
Are you struggling with the impact of trauma, painful relationships, or loss?
Do you find it difficult to regulate your emotions, trust others, or feel safe in your own body?
Are you navigating life transitions or cross-cultural experiences that leave you feeling disconnected or unseen?
You may look strong on the outside, yet inside feel anxious, heavy, or unsure of yourself. Many people silently carry the belief that they are not enough — especially after trauma or repeated relational hurt.
You don’t have to manage this alone.
HERE’S HOW I WILL HELP YOU
I work with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD symptoms, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I also support immigrant and cross-cultural adults who are navigating identity, belonging, and the complexity of living between worlds.
Our work begins by slowing down. Together, we gently explore what is happening in your nervous system — the patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or collapse that may be shaping your reactions. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we pay attention to emotions, body sensations, and relational patterns.
Through this process, you may:
• Learn to Regulate Anxiety and Emotional Overwhelm
• Feel Safer and More Grounded in Your Body
• Understand and Shift Trauma-Driven Patterns
• Strengthen Boundaries and Self-Trust
• Process Grief and Life Transitions with Support
• Reconnect with Your Identity and Inner Stability
Real change grows from awareness and safety. Healing does not come from forcing yourself to be different, but from gently integrating experiences that once felt too much.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
My approach is relational, experiential, and trauma-informed. I draw from Gestalt Therapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
We work in the present moment, paying attention to both emotional experience and the body. Healing happens in relationship. In our sessions, we notice what arises between us and use this awareness to gently shift long-standing patterns. As safety grows, defensive strategies soften, and a more stable, connected sense of self can emerge.
If you are ready to begin, we can start with a conversation and see how it feels to meet.
