I offer e-counselling through various mediums as preferred.

I have found virtual therapy to be as effective as in-person counselling.

Our counsellors have extensive experience providing online/telephone therapy to a variety of age groups and issues.

I am able to accommodate physical distance and schedule conflicts through high encryption and secure technology sessions.

I do work with couples online, more so since the emergence of Covid-19. In the past, I have also taught university students online as well.

Counseling is offered both in office and telehealth.
