No insurance is accepted, so your privacy, future insurability, and confidentiality is protected to the highest extent allowed by law.
Trying to figure out how to work through Depression, Anxiety, and Relationship Conflict issues alone can be hard. I exclusively work with individuals and couples that are experiencing challenges in their marriage, parenting, family, divorce, or workplace to find relief.
I also offer Therapy Intensives: Sometimes an hour a week is just not enough. I offer intensive sessions that are longer sessions that allow us to condense months' of work into a few power packed sessions.

Background:
My therapy focuses on providing skills for individuals to help them maintain healthy relationships in and out of the home. I have worked in the Dallas community for several years providing family relationship education, anger management, parenting, addiction recovery, and have been the provider for the Children in the Middle; co-parenting education program in Rockwall, which is a class providing necessary skills on creating and maintaining healthy co-parenting relationships. I am also a trained mediator, parent coordinator, and facilitator. I have enjoyed working directly with organizations across the Metroplex providing trainings for groups on how to have healthier relationships both in and out of the workplace.
