Annie Block Pearl, M.S., is an Integrative Therapist and teacher, working at the convergence and interface of body, mind and spirit. Integrative Therapy began with study of the psycho-spiritual and energy-based modalities that Annie had experienced as healing agents on her own path, and continues to deepen with further exploration, education, training , and spiritual practice.
Annie completed a B.S. in Mathematics at Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from American State University in Evanston, Wyoming. She received her ordination as an Interfaith Minister from AllFaiths Seminary International in August, 2006. Annie is an Advanced Practitioner in Process Acupressure, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and a Certified Bach Flower Therapist. She is a graduate of the HellingerUSA Program and International Intensive Advanced Training (Germany and Holland) in Systemic and Family Constellation Therapy. Annie’s spiritual practice is derived from Buddhism and the Kabbalah. She honors the teaching of Rabbi Joseph H. Gelberman which states “always in addition to, never instead of”.
Annie maintains a private practice at
Healthy Tao Center for Well Being in Manhattan which she co-founded. She facilitates workshops internationally and monthly in New York City and Miami, Florida. Other workshop venues include Fordham University; The Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy and The Junior League. She is an active member of the International Systemic Constellation Association; International Association of Healthcare Practitioners; Process Acupressure Unlimited; The American Society of Alternative Therapists and the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
Annie is married to Dr. James Pearl and is blessed with three stepchildren and seven grandchildren.
