I know what it's like to be misunderstood to stand out without even trying. I also know what it's like to have a lot of big feelings that need to be expressed  but to withhold hold them because of fear of rejection.

My name is Brittney and I help my clients find their voice individually and in relationships. Because sometimes introverts can get swallowed up. I'm here to help you get free together. We will work on better communication skills, so you can set boundaries, ask for the support that you need and feel free and more comfortable in your own skin. I help build healthier relationships based on feeling accepted, vulnerable and safe.
