Thank you for taking this courages step to reach out for support. I am a mental health professional, life coach & finishing my PhD in Christian counseling. Religion is not imposed on anyone unless asked, I meet my clients right where they are & provide a safe empathetic space free from judgment. I wrote a recovery book in 2017 called "My Costa Rican Humming Bird Sings, Breaking The Bondage And Answering The Call" to help people through their recovery & healing journey. I offer online & in person sessions as well as consulting and coaching, staff trainings for corporations in diversity/inclusion, suicide/mental health support, marital/relationship counseling and much more. I am mother of four, ages 26, 23,19 & 15 and a grandmother of a 4 and 2 year old.
I have many years of personal experience with trauma, TF-CBT trained and have worked with children, teens & adults who struggle with feeling stuck, cross roads, life coaching, back to school/college, Marriage, couples, marital sex coaching, Infidelity recovery, divorce, depression, hair loss, long term illness, anxiety, stress management, self care, eating disorders, sexual abuse, child sexual abuse recovery, trauma informed, Processing near death experiences, new diagnosis, child abuse recovery, incest abuse, teen parent, school dropout, getting back on track, family relationship conflict, bullying, rejection, infidelity, addiction, grief, end of life support, Chaplaincy services, suicide loss survivor, suicide ideation, abortion, perinatal loss, parenting concerns, blended families, parenting support, manic episodes, spiritual warfare, forgiveness, relationship issues & helping them reach a place of healing & thriving with a recovery plan. I also do staff trainings, diversity equity and inclusion, suicide loss support, work place conflict management, crisis intervention, coaching, consulting and offer work place counseling sessions to help support staff mental health which produces a healthier workplace environment.
Sessions are offered in English & Spanish. I am here to support & listen to my clients with empathy deliver psycho education and resources to help clients with next steps.
