I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that I have become skilled at through decades of experience, training, and education to provide individuals, couples, and families a safe space in which to heal, learn, grow in understanding of self and others, and forgive.
My decades of experience working with people in transition and crises include: counseling couples, individuals, and families with wide-ranging comprehensive varieties of symptoms, challenges, and behaviors; teaching Family Therapy Systems Counseling Courses, and treating addictive behaviors in graduate and doctoral programs; Child Welfare; facilitating Parenting Groups with Oppositional Children, Children Coping with Divorce, and Families with addictive behaviors, and Relationships N Recovery.
I have advanced training in Clinical Pastoral Education (Hospital Chaplaincy); Post-Doctoral training Certificate in Eco-Systemic Family Therapy at the Philadelphia Child & Family Therapy Training Center; and training in treating trauma. I have Master Degrees in Pastoral Counseling from Eastern Theological Seminary; Counseling and Human Relationships from Villanova University; and Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, in addition to having earned my Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Palmer Theological Seminary.
