  • Person-Centered Therapy: Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes the importance of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and active listening. Cost:
  • $180+GST per individual hour session 
  • $225+GST per couples 90 minute session 
  • I charge for sessions up front and give you a receipt to submit to your extended health care coverage

Location:
  • My office for in-person session is at 970 Burrard Street (corner of Nelson Avenue and Burrard Street) in Vancouver
  • I also offer virtual and phone sessions 

Education: 
  • Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University in BC
  • Master’s Degree of Science in Psychology from Montfort College in India
  • Training in Gottman Couples Therapy
