As a therapist, I consider it a tremendous privilege to meet you where you are and be a part of your journey of discovery and healing. I hope to create a collaborative, client-centered approach to achieving hope and well-being by focusing on your strengths and offering support. Working together we can address your past to gain an understanding of your current self, shedding light on patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you well. We will also work on skills to improve your ability to be more mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors enabling you to act more in accordance with what is most important to you.
Learning to manage conflict can also allow you to deepen your connection with others and have more fulfilling relationships. Effective communication can enable conflict to be an opportunity for you, and those with whom you have relationships, to gain more understanding of each other and become closer. I want to help you live your best life and reach your highest potential both as an individual and in your relationships.
