I provide Christian therapy that is biblically-based, holistic, strength-based, compassionate, and also informed by social-science. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Social Worker. I draw from my education in clinical psychology, social work, and theology. I have over 10 years of professional experience helping people through the toughest of times, as well, my own lived experiences with overcoming serious life challenges. All fees are tax exempt with my RSW.
I want to help you restore your hope, faith, and strength. As well, help you develop new skills for coping and overcoming adversity. I provide a confidential, therapeutic relationship where you are free and safe to be open and vulnerable as we engage in your journey of healing and goal achievement. I serve adult and youth individuals, couples, and families.

I provide virtual sessions across Canada, and in-person sessions in Orleans, ON. Currently I am accepting e-transfer payment only. I issue receipts for insurance reimbursement purposes.
