Hello! I'm a Houston-based psychologist with roots in the Texas Hill Country. My academic path began with a bachelor's in psychology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of North Texas, Denton. My journey continued in Syracuse, NY, for a pre-doctoral internship at SUNY Upstate Medical University before returning to Texas for a fellowship at The Menninger Clinic, affiliated with The Baylor College of Medicine. Houston has since been my home, where I'm dedicated to my practice.
Focusing on psychodynamic and attachment therapies, I assist clients with complex trauma and mental health issues. Collaboratively, we explore histories, emotions, and thoughts in a nurturing space. Aiming to enhance self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment, I guide clients toward growth. My practice, rooted in a therapeutic relationship of trust, empathy, and respect, seeks to empower individuals on their recovery journey.
