What I offer:
I provide compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to create and maintain positive change in their lives. My practice focuses on helping people who are struggling in relationships, who have communication issues, overwhelming fears and/or worries, and/or eating disorders. I also specialize in helping those who want to grow and understand their mental and psychological life.

My mission:

I help individuals and couples find clarity and purpose to confidently move into the future with more stable emotions and feel sure of themselves and their choices. I work from a place of compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I believe that life is a creative practice, and I strive to help my patients explore their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and experiences to discover how to live their best lives and uncover and cultivate their true potential.

I believe that problems can be an invitation to explore one's experiences more deeply. Together, we will find clues that lead to the source of unresolved problems and a path to wellness and lasting change. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment so that each person can feel free to explore the areas of their life that need healing.
