I assist people in drawing upon the strength of their inner man or inner woman and encourage them to not allow fear to paralyze their voice. I am a Christian Pyschotherapist who incorporates Christian principles and beliefs when requested. I am dedicated in strengthening the communication skills in individuals to help them improve their interpersonal relationships. The relationships we have with one another is an important part to leading a healthy, happy and successful life.

I believe in focusing on the strengths that people have, finding solutions to their daily life problems, assisting individuals in working through the struggles they find themselves in by enhancing their coping skills. I help individuals to view their current circumstances in a different manner that will allow them to obtain relief from whatever symptoms they may be suffering from. Whether a person is suffering from Anxiety, Stress, Depression, or Relationship Issues. I will help them find and address the core issues that may be preventing them from being able to enjoy life.

I currently have a limited number of Evening appointments available. I provide a safe, secure, and non-judgemental enviornment for individuals, and couples to work on addressing the issues that may be troubling them. I provide individual therapy to those who are seeking relief from their emotional pain, hurts, and or stressors. I provide marriage counseling, both pre-marital and post-marital counseling.

I am a certfied trainer in for both youth and adults in Anderson & Anderson Anger Management. I am professionally trained to help people understand where their anger comes from (the root cause), how to address their anger and how to decrease their anger.

I currently offer a 10-week anger management classe held every Friday at 5:00pm, by appointment only. The fee is $30/session.

I am the author of a book "Frustrated Wives/Confused Husbands: What Happen's When There's A Lack of Communication In a Marriage?" which addresses miscommunication in marriage. I am a firm believer in strengthening marriages and addressing the issues that may be occuring. I specialize in Relationship Coaching, Stress Relief, Strengthening Communication, Decreasing Anxiety, Marital Counseling, Coping with Divorce, Depression and Educating individuals on how to effectively manage their Anger. I am trained/knowledgeable helping parents in the I.E.P. process in CA schools.
