My approach to helping is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can learn to understand yourself and heal.  Are you stuck in a painful relationship? Are you suffering from anxiety and unable to do the things you need or want to do?  Do you feel that your life is not going the way you thought it would?  With Cognitive Behavorial treatment ( CBT ) you can learn to have more meaningful relationships, manage your anxiety and enjoy the life you want. I use a psychoeducational format within a CBT approach and have over 24 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I will teach you skills to become your own emotional coach and learn how to understand yourself. With these skills you will begin to feel better, gain self-awareness and learn how to implement healthier, positive ways of living. I maintain a practice in which individualized care and attention is provided. Your calls will be returned promptly and your concerns addressed with respect.
