Welcome to Therapy Heals!

I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto, after having completed my Bachelors of Social Work from York University.

I have worked with individuals, children/adolescents, young adults, couples, families, and groups in a variety of capacities. My expertise is in anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, stress and relationship difficulties.

I am known for my compassionate, strengths-based approach and my ability to not only help my clients navigate through life stressors, but also to explore ways to live more meaningfully and purposefully. My therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method.
