Career counseling is one of my favorite areas of therapy (and coaching). Choosing a career or making a career change can be incredibly confusing and frustrating when you don't know where to start, and it's easy to get lost in the details. There are so many factors that go into a big decision like this! As a later-in-life career changer I can relate. As a master's level Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) I have access to different personality assessments and strengths inventories that can be a solid starting point for deciding on new, second or third career.
