Matt has worked as a career development supporting teens and adults for many years. He can support you in figuring out where you’re headed, what motivates you, and how to make choices that fit your strengths, gifts, values, interests, and stage of life. It’s not about picking a path: it’s about understanding yourself better, exploring real options, and planning and moving towards the next steps in your career journey in a way that feels both achievable and meaningful.

There can be a lot of pressure to figure out one’s career or to decide where one fits within a particular field. Oftentimes this is a winding road rather than a straight route. Within therapy, I will support you in identifying and exploring the values, goals, interests, and passions most important to you so that you can make decisions about your career that feel right to you. I will also work with you to process possible obstacles along the way such as (and certainly not limited to) challenging work dynamics, stress and burnout, and difficulties finding a work/life balance.
