My approach to career counselling aims to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their careers, maximize their potential, and achieve personal and professional success and satisfaction. It involves exploring and evaluating factors such as interests, skills, values, personality traits, and life circumstances to help clients align their career goals with their personal and professional aspirations. It is a collaborative and client-centered process that considers the individual's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals for their future.

Being a trained Life Coach, I help clients identify their dreams, bent and natural gifts, so they can build careers which utilize their skill set. From there, I help them set SMART goals – i.e. Simple, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-focused – broken down into smaller goals, so they never get discouraged, plus they get to witness and celebrate their progress every step of the way. I believe in walking alongside the client in their journey to complete what they set out to do, tackling obstacles as they come – shyness, communication issues, confidence, etc. – so nothing will stop them!

I am passioante about supporting individuals in exploring their experience of burnout from hustle culture and managing the invisible mental load. I also help folks unpack and explore the impact that systems of oppression (patriarchy and capitalism) have had on one's identity, lived experiences and internalised messages of not enough.
