Counselling Informed by Real-World Experience

Career counselling is most effective when it combines professional expertise with real-life understanding of the workplace and the transitions people face throughout their careers.

Before becoming a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I spent more than two decades building and leading teams across multiple business functions, including HR, Claims, Underwriting, IT, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, and Commercial Sales. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges individuals face at every stage of their careers—from early career exploration to senior and executive leadership.

Today, I combine that experience with compassionate, client-centred therapy to support individuals who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives.

I work with clients to:

• Clarify career goals and direction
• Navigate career and leadership transitions
• Build confidence and resilience
• Evaluate career satisfaction and professional effectiveness
• Manage workplace stress and burnout
• Develop leadership skills and navigate increasing responsibilities
• Create a life aligned with their values and priorities
• Process life transitions that impact career, identity, and well-being

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and strength-based. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Together, we explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

In addition to career and leadership counselling, I also support clients experiencing grief and loss. Grief can take many forms—not only the loss of a loved one, but also job loss, retirement, relationship changes, health challenges, and other significant life transitions that can profoundly affect our sense of identity and direction. Therapy provides a compassionate space to process these experiences and find a path forward at your own pace.

I recognize that every person's story is unique, and I strive to tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, values, and goals. Whether you're just starting out, advancing in your career, navigating a difficult transition, or coping with grief and loss, you don't have to face it alone.

I would be honoured to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and greater clarity in the life you want to create.
