Feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges can be incredibly difficult, especially when you’re navigating them on your own. Experiences such as job loss, career transitions, struggles with executive functioning, or the loss of someone important can leave you feeling uncertain about the future. Feelings of anxiety, sadness, frustration, or grief are often a natural response to these experiences, but you don’t have to face them alone.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about supporting adults as they work through life’s challenges and transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that meaningful change and healing happen when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in compassion and authenticity. I work alongside my clients to better understand what they are going through and to identify the strengths and resources they already possess. Together, we focus on building practical coping strategies, developing resilience, and creating meaningful steps toward positive change.

I use a solution-focused and strength-based approach in my work, helping clients identify goals, explore possibilities, and move forward in ways that feel manageable and empowering. Whether you are navigating career uncertainty, coping with grief or loss, managing anxiety, or working through other life challenges, therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and develop tools that help you move forward with greater confidence.

I recognize that every individual’s experiences and personal story are unique. Because of this, I strive to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, values, and goals. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you explore your challenges, deepen your self-understanding, and discover new ways to navigate life’s complexities.

Seeking support can sometimes feel like a difficult first step, but it can also be a powerful one. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths and possibilities.
No matter where you are in your journey right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honoured to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of clarity and well-being.
