For almost 20 years I have been helping people to build their careers and accomplish more than they expected in the beginning of counselling. Dr. Strauss offers career counseling through New Leaf Psychology Centre. In order to facilitate decision making, sessions will first assess your current skills, assets and interests. Your level of fulfillment at your current place of work, and obstacles to fulfillment will also be discussed. Potential career changes will be reviewed, with the goal of helping you come to a decision that you are comfortable with.

Our high school students feel a tremendous pressure to make decisions about further education. PRIVATE GUIDANCE COACH for teens in grades 11 and 12 who provides the direction, tools and confidence needed to make confident decisions about the future. Being a trained Life Coach, I help clients identify their dreams, bent and natural gifts, so they can build careers which utilize their skill set. From there, I help them set SMART goals – i.e. Simple, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-focused – broken down into smaller goals, so they never get discouraged, plus they get to witness and celebrate their progress every step of the way.
