As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I help clients navigate career challenges, grief, loss, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused, helping clients build resilience and move forward with confidence.

From the time I was a teenager, I loved to help people. It is my second wind.People have described me as genuine, a natural coach and supportive.

I believe we are all unique, and not one specific skill set or therapy will restore a healthy state of being to everyone. Therefore, my style and approach to counselling is an eclectic one.

I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected to find clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My work is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in neuroscience. Together, we choose approaches that support you and help you feel more like yourself.

I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I’m also a certified Life Coach and have over 15 years experience working with various client groups with an emphasis on women and adolescents.

I’m Adrienne MacDonald, a psychotherapist specializing in perinatal and postpartum support. I help parents and families navigate change with compassion, curiosity, and trust. Approachable care for real people in real moments.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.
