Hi there! I'm Courtney, and I work with children and their parents, youth, and adults. Sometimes when you feel overwhelmed, it’s hard to know where to start. I provide approachable, conversational therapy sessions for my clients to help them feel better, faster.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

I am a caring, compassionate, and client centered therapist who supports clients in finding their own unique direction in life. I have joined various individuals and couples in their journey towards emotional growth. I look forward to joining you in your life course.
