I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience in various settings. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion, Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness-based stress reduction.

All of us experience stress within ourselves and in various relationships. Sometimes we work it out ourselves. Sometimes we can benefit from a professional perspective. Together we can look at you in your life situation. We will figure out what works for you.

I have experience treating a range of childhood and youth issues as well as parenting struggles, family relationship difficulties and individual trauma.
