The Welland area has an amazing public library that is open for anyone who needs it; there they host events that are both educational and engaging.4 This is a great step to helping the entire community. Currently, a wide portion of the area has not been able to extend their education after high school, but they thrive to continue learning. There are constantly new opportunities for people of all ages.
