Mastora offers confidential counselling services in a safe and welcoming environment. She believes every situation is unique, and will tailor therapy to individual needs. Mastora has almost two decades' experience as a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist.

Nicole is a Registered social worker offering a therapy practice utilizing embodied, somatic, and traditional therapy approaches to support individuals. She is trained in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY ) and offers group and an individual support.

With over 30 years experience and training as an educator and therapist, I bring a wide variety of knowledge and experience to my clients. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and capacity-building in order to support people to create a meaningful life.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
