CBT is considered a gold-standard treatment for many mental health issues, including anxiety/stress and depression, and is a collaborative skills-based approach to therapy that is designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to manage their mental health concerns. My goal is to create a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with every client I work with.
