Every relationship has its own nervous system; it's a living story between two people. I help couples slow down enough to notice what happens beneath the arguments, while building a toolkit of emotional awareness, communication skills, and repair work. Through emotionally focused and body-based work, we'll uncover what each partner’s nervous system is trying to protect. Mindfulness slows reactivity; curiosity invites repair. The goal isn’t perfect communication, but rather learning to cultivate an environment of emotional safety that can hold honest conflict.

As a Couples Counselor, I specialize in various areas of communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, intimacy, and trust. I also have experience dealing with more complex issues, such as infidelity, which can be particularly challenging for couples to navigate on their own.
